I am a board-level education leader with over 25 years’ experience, including more than a decade as Chief Executive of a 19-school multi-academy trust. I bring deep expertise in governance, safeguarding oversight, financial stewardship and organisational performance within complex, regulated public sector environments. I have led improvement at scale, strengthened accountability frameworks and guided organisations through financial constraint and sector change, always maintaining a clear focus on educational outcomes and public accountability.
I have extensive experience working alongside Boards, advising on strategy, risk and performance while maintaining strong executive challenge and delivery. My system leadership roles with the Queen Street Group and Dorset Education Board have enabled me to contribute to regional strategy, cross-sector collaboration and policy dialogue. I am now focused on Non-Executive Director, Trustee or part-time executive leadership roles opportunities where I can offer independent strategic oversight, a values-led approach and a commitment to inclusive education and strong governance.
